Your Time Out with YTO – Wellbeing Walks in Nature

Our “Your Time Out” wellbeing walks are designed to give you exactly that – time for you. Set in beautiful, carefully chosen locations, including the North York Moors and Peak District. These walks combine gentle movement, nature and mindful moments to help you reset.
Each walk is delivered in collaboration with Clinical Psychologist David Fong alongside an experienced member of the Yorkie Talkies Outdoors team, bringing together professional wellbeing expertise with supportive, guided outdoor experiences.
This isn’t about distance or pace. It’s about how you feel.
