Nearly two years since I first stumbled across Yorkie Talkies Outdoors and it still blows me away what I've been fortunate enough to experience.
The most beautiful walks, from the Lakes to the Peak District, the Yorkshire Dales to the North York Moors. Each walk led by a member of the fantastic YTO team - whose knowledge, skills and training are more than worth the walk fee.
I have also been safely supported through some incredible walking challenges (during which the organisation and level of care was second to none), and tried paddleboarding too!
You might hear it a lot but take it from this awkward introvert - definitely don't let the nerves hold you back. This is a wonderful community of people.
YTO has improved my fitness, helped build my confidence, enabled me to achieve goals and heights (literally!) I would never have thought possible and the boost to my mental health has been immense. It has honestly been life-changing.
