June Walk - National 3 Peaks (Ben Nevis, Snowdon & Scafell Pike)

June Walk - National 3 Peaks (Ben Nevis, Snowdon & Scafell Pike) -  involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales,  within 24 hours. The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft) - twice the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, over a similar total walking distance. The total driving distance is 462 miles.

We will be picked up from Leeds area but this will be confirmed closer to the time

Trip Includes 

*Mini Bus travel for the whole trip with experienced drivers

*Hotel Accomdation in Fort Willam on Friday 30th June (breakfast £14.50pp extra)

* Mountain Leader 

*Certificate and Pick n mix upon completion 

We will set off on the Saturday morning 29th June to Ben Nevis first around 8am then on to the other peaks!

Training advice -

*Get used to walking back to back days

*Do mountain walks to get used to the terrain, plenty of reccomendations

*Strength training helps alongside walks
