August Walk - Striding Edge and Swirral Edge - 9 miles/15km

A guided walk of Helvellyn via Striding Edge and descending via Swirral Edge. The day is a great opportunity to get yourself introduced to the world of scrambling and see one of the Lake Disticts finest mountains.

The walk will be around 9 miles and 2800ft ascent with scrambling and exposure.

Pleae bring satandard kit, packed lunch, snacks and fluids.

Please be ready for 830am at the car park below (meet outside the public toilets)
