October Sunday Trail Run - Masham - 7miles/11km - 200ft/50m ascent
Everyone is welcome, and if you'd like to discuss the pace, feel free to send me a message.
This is ideal for those who already have running experience, though prior trail running isn't necessary.
Please meet at 8am at the free car park Near Ripon, HG4 4NX
