October Saturday Walk - Ingleborough from Clapham via Gapping Gill - 11miles/17km - 2000ft/650m ascent

The 2nd highest of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, Ingleborough stands at 2373ft (723m). This 11 mile walk is great training if you are doing the Y3P challenge and just a great walk if your not. Going up from this side we pass the iconic Gapping Gill, a 98m deep cave.

Please meet at 9am at the Yorkshire Dales National Park Car Park Clapham, Lancaster LA2 8EQ (Paid parking machine takes card) and there are toilets

Please bring standard kit, packed lunch, snacks and hydration - our kit list is here and we reserve the right to check on the day. If there is something you don't have or forgotten please inform the leader or email us before for advise.
